CO.ME.CA. S.p.A. has been operating in the filed of mechanical structural steel work for the iron and steel sector since 1969 with an ongoing renewal of its machinery and technologies. The Company is particularly specialised in the construction, maintenance and repair of parts for hot rolling plants, continuous casting and steel works; in the construction of fume and dioxin abatement plants, the manufacture and maintenance of controlled cooling plants for hot rolling plants, mechanical processing and machining, medium-heavy structural steel work, re-machining carbon-graphite electrodes for electric furnaces and machining cast iron and tungsten carbide rolls for rolling mills.
With 80 employees and the same number of external consultants, the Company has a flexible organisation and is able to respond promptly to any request received from its customer.

The production facility extends over an area of 35,000 sq.m., including a covered area of 10,000 sq.m., consisting of seven industrial buildings serviced by twenty-five overhead travelling cranes with lifting capacities which vary between 2,000 Kg. and 60,000 Kg.
