Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, the Model of Organisation, Management and Control (MOG) is a structured and methodical system for prevention and control. It has been created to develop in those subjects that operate directly or indirectly within the confines of sensitive activities (directors, managers, employees and collaborators) the awareness that they could commit an offence, and to exclude or contain the administrative responsibility of the Company.
