CO.ME.CA. S.p.A. has been operating in the mechanical structural steel work field for the iron and steel industry since 1969.

The company specialises in three areas:

- mechanical engineering, for the construction, maintenance and repair of parts for hot rolling and continuous casting plants and steelworks, the remachining of carbon-graphite electrodes for electric furnaces, and the machining of cast iron and tungsten carbide rolls for rolling mills;

- environmental, with the design, production, assembly and maintenance of primary and secondary fume extraction plants;

- structural steel work, both medium and heavy, with the construction of furnaces, ladles and scrap loading baskets.
